ORDERS
Please allow 48 hours for order processing and verification. In addition, orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.
Occasionally during periods of high order volume, such as a promotion or holiday, shipment processing can exceed the two-business day window.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Due to the complexities of our fulfillment process, we are unable to change or update any information, apply any promotional codes, or cancel an order once it has been placed at checkout.
Keturah is unable to combine items to orders and the ability to add items to an order is applicable on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
There are a number of reasons why an order may get canceled. Once your refund has been processed you will be notified via email in regard to your cancelation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS/ INCORRECT ORDER
Customers must submit evidence of defects or notify us of incorrect orders within the return window.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. If a customs charge is refused by the customer and Keturah is responsible for the shipping of the product, the charge will be deducted from the customer’s store credit. International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. Due to the customs process, delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.
SHIPPING
Keturah is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the delivery service or customs agencies.
All U.S. orders are trackable via USPS Mail or UPS.
Items marked returned to sender, refused or sent back to Keturah without an RMA will be issued store credit via electronic gift card minus a 15% restocking fee.
International packages marked return to sender/refused/abandoned will receive store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee).
Please note that the shipping address must be registered to the credit/debit card's billing address. Keturah has the right to refrain from shipping any orders where the shipping and billing addresses are not an exact match.
AVAILABILITY
Keturah does not guarantee the availability of items listed on our online store. Items are curated in small batches from various vendors/designers. If the company is out of stock on an item ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Depending on vendor availability and season-to-season availability, sold out items may not be restocked. Placing an order with shopketurah.com does not establish a binding contract, orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, credit card errors or declinations, suspicion of fraudulent activity, etc...
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
Keturah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship the products, but once the order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
It is important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Keturah LLC is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Keturah does not offer refunds once you have received your order. Returns must be received by Keturah within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for store credit. All products returned must be in original unused condition without any visible sign of wear. Products returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit. Sale items include, but are not limited to any items marked Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit.
